Fat loss goes hand in hand with weight loss.

These days a lot of us get sucked into the hype that is pushed out by our food retailers and wholesalers. The media has a lot to answer for as well. Nearly every news time we are warned about some item  of food and how it could be bad for us.

Then not long afterwards we are told that the food badmouthed before is now beneficial to our well being. The truth now is that the public are so badly confused that they do not have a clue what is best for them and their family. If you are serious about weight loss then speak to people that really do know what they are talking about.

Search the internet there is a wealth of information there. Like any other media there is good and bad advice. Don’t be taken in by all these adverts saying fat free this and fat free that. Fat free does not mean that food is any healthier and indeed any guarantee that you will not gain weight.

I’m a firm believer that a bit of fat gives that special flavor to our food and I am not fat, but each to his own!

Many of us are being so misled by the adverts being pushed out by the food companies. Processed so called non fat foods can for sure be very fattening. Also as already mentioned this food would be pretty tasteless if it was not for the additives. One additive will  probably be sugar that might
be good for short term energy but how many of us want to embark on an exercise routine immediately after a meal.which would also not be good for our bodies.  Therefore that energy intake is too much for us and may well become fat added to our body. Just have a look at the labels for these fat free foods. another of these additives will of course be some kind of preservative so that it can be kept on the shelf for longer periods.

By now I am sure that it is quite clear that losing weight is going to be the need to understand that fat consumption is not our sole problem, It will of  course produce excess energy for us. The problem now is that most of us do not undertake enough exercise to burn that extra fat and as a result of  that we may gain fat layers on our bodies. So that is the answer to our weight loss and subsequent control is to understand this most important point.

Thus these three things are so inter related, weight loss, fat loss and a good exercise program.

There is another major ingredient that must be excluded from our diets and that is “Sugar”….Why not try cutting out sugar for say a month? The chances are that you will feel so much better. Sugar is just like fat and it will build up our energy reserves but if we don’t use that reserve the it will turn
to fat in our body.

For another simple exercise try reading the labels on everything you eat. In most civilised countries it is a legal requirement to provide this data on the packaging and it will show you the ingredients in quantity order. With a bit of practice you will soon be able to identify the junk foods that are full of chemicals and preservatives that will do you no good and further more are guaranteed to increase your weight.
